- E Major Chord: The E Major chord involves placing the second finger on the second fret of the A string. The third finger should be placed on the second fret on the D string and the first finger on the first fret of the G string. To play this chord, strum all six strings right down on the fingertips. These should be as close behind the frets.
- A Major Chord: To play the A Major chord, you must put the first finger on the second fret of the D string. Place the second string on the second fret of the G string and the third finger on the second fret of the B string. Initially, the chord might seem challenging, as you need to place the fingers on a smaller space on the second fret.
